He was born in Sarajevo in 1959. He is a graduated performance artist, politician, television and film director.
He has directed more than 300 documentaries and short films, 78 different documentary series, two TV dramas, seven live-action TV series, with a total of 106 episodes of various lengths, over 1000 music, entertainment, sport and other events … About 1,400 signed directions for 34 different productions from Yugoslavia (later Serbia and Montenegro) and the world.

He graduated in 1989 at the Department of Film and Television Production of FDU in Belgrade, and defended his master thesis: Project model of the TV station, at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, in 2008. Since 2001 he has been engaged in educational and pedagogical work at the department of of production in art and media at Academy of Arts in Belgrade. Department chair since 2017.

As the leader of the project team, he participated in the transformation of RTS into the Public Service, and he was engaged by the OSCE in the transformation of RTV Novi Sad in the Public Service – Radio Television of Vojvodina.

Dragana Varagic
Associate professor in the field: Drama and Audiovisual Arts, narrow field of study: Acting.
She has graduated acting at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. She specialized in Shakespeare at Shakespeare Institute in Stratford and holds a master’s degree in drama at Toronto University.
She has played numerous roles in theater, on film and television in Belgrade. For the National Theater in Belgrade she played Natasha Rostova, Julia, Lady Anne, Elizabeth Proctor, Katarina Lugomirski …
In Canada, she continued her career as an actress, director and professor. She played a mix of classical and contemporary repertoire, from Shakespeare and Strindberg to Howard Barker. She taught acting at the Theater Department at Windsor University and Dalhousie University, and acting and directing at the University of Ottawa. As a visiting lecturer, she taught Shakespeare at the Polish National Film and Theater Academy in Lodz.
She has directed “It’s not my story”, “Princes T.”Mrs. Klito Mestres’s Defense”,”Dantes Divinus”, “The Last Days of Judas Iscariot”… in Canada, the Canadian-Montenegrin co-production “Penelopeade” for “Purgatory Theater Festival” in Tivat and “Kir Janja” for the Knjazevsko-Serbian Theater in Kragujevac.
For her acting work, she has been awarded two annual awards of the National Theater, the award of the “Ljubiša Jovanović” Festival, the Prize for the episode of the Sterija Theater Festival. For her work in the diaspora she was awarded with the award of the Cultural and Educational Community of Serbia, the award of the city of Toronto for intercultural cooperation and she was nominated for the “Dora” award for the best actress in Toronto.

As a producer, he participated in the production of around 40 short documentaries and one medium-length documentary film. Producer, screenwriter and director of documentary television series “Affirmatory”, “View over” and “Exorcism”.

Vojin Vasovic
Associate research professor in the field: Drama and Audiovisual Arts, narrow field of study: Direction.
He has graduated TV Direction at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade. He graduated from the Master of Experimental Theater Direction at the University of Toronto’s Center for Drama and Theater Studies.
He is engaged on film and in theater since 2002, and since 2011 he is a member of the Association of Film Artists of Serbia. He has won many awards for direction, stage movement and light design (“The Visit Of and Old Lady”, “Me, myself and I”, “Shadow About Me”, etc.).
He has directed over 40 theater performances in Serbia and Canada. He has directed the musical “Just Married” at the Knjazevsko Serbian Theater in Kragujevac during the seasons 2017-2018. Short feature films (“Whiff”, “Group Portrait From the Back”, “Every Five Minutes”) were included in the selection of many international festivals where they won over 50 awards.
He writes screenplays, dramas and radio dramas which were produced by Radio Belgrade (“I Walk in Paradise”, “Superstitious Story”, “What Elephants Dream”, etc.). He was a participant of the Berlinale Talent Campus within the 2012 Berlin Film Festival, Cinema City Talents within the Cinema City Festival in Novi Sad in 2014 and the CEE Animation Workshop, a three-week program for the development of feature animated film 2018/2019 in Ljubljana, Budapest and Trebon.
The producer and director of “To Blink Animation Studio”, the film company based in Kragujevac and Toronto. He is the artistic director and director of troops Ars Mechanica, an experimental company that successfully performs plays in Europe and Canada.
The short film “There Was Twice One King” was supported by the Film Center of Serbia, the MEDIA program (Creative Europe), as well as the Art Council of Canada, Toronto and Ontario, it was selected among the 20 best European projects within the European Short Pitch 2015. organized by NISI MASA . The film was premiered at the prestigious Animation Festival in Ottawa, and is currently on its festival tour where it has won 24 international awards.
For the project of his first feature film “The End of the World”, he won won the award for best feature film pitch in national selection FEST FORWARD under 46th FEST in Belgrade and with this project he represented Serbia within the prestigious program for the development of debut films First Film First of the 2018/2019 years.
